1996 850 Weatherstripping Windshield/Sunroof

During the summer of 2013 a foot long piece of what I can only describe a the rubber part of a windshield wiper fell onto my lap when I was opening the sunroof.

Any thoughts where this mystery rubber weather strip should go??

I also noticed that I was missing the weatherstripping that seals the upper windshield glass to the roof of the car. Right now there is just a crevice where I imagine the weatherstripping should go. Is there one? There are no leaks, and I don't think the car came with one, should there be one?

I think I paid about $75 for that strip a few years ago.

Yes, its almost like windshield wiper rubber, and a foot long.

There are strips that go around the sunroof that help keep debris from getting into the roof area. Two in the front and 2 in the back. If you look at the video below, I mention them at 9:20 (you actually see one loose at the back) and 12:50.
