2001 XC70 CEL with P0455 code

I have a 2001 XC70 that has a persistent CEL with a P0455 ODBII. I’ve replaced the fuel cap and cleared the code a few times but it returns a couple of weeks later. I’ve inspected what hoses I could and see no obvious cracks, but I’m not completely sure I know which hoses or the possibly faulty sensors are located.
Can anyone help me with the locations and possible fixes?
