2000 V70 Fuel injectors not pulsing after replacing head

Post by mstyflame85 »

Just finished a head replacement on a 2000 v70 turbo, there is pressure in the fuel rail, there's spark, the timing marks are both at 12 o'clock, (which is where they were before replacing the head). It seems like the engine is turning over slow, it was brought to me not running so I don't know if that's normal. When I put a test light on the injectors I'm not getting any pulsation. Any thoughts?

Check cam sensor wiring and finally crank sensor wiring. Do they both have voltage with ignition ON?
