2003 S60 OBD Code P0017

I have just installed a used engine in my S60. Before installation I did a timing belt, water pump and pulleys. I tripple check my timing marks, spun the engine over twice by hand. Installed it and it runs great, idles great, and has plenty of power. the only problem is I get the P0017 code, crankshaft, cam shaft corolation, Bank 1 sensor B. What is Bank 1 sensor B? do I have a bad sensor or did I need to quaduple check my timing marks?
