2003 s60 over used evaporator foam

Hi Matt... I had a musty smell in my car .. i shot up evaporator foam in a/c drainedge tube under dash .. now the musty smell is gone.. but!! now i am being killed by the evapotator foam smell still 2 months after only when the heat kicks on . ., did i get the foam too far up.. how hard would it be to dismantle and get to wear i can dry or clean it out? please help! A dash disassembly job on these cars is a 5-6 hour job and requires a decent set of tools.

What product did you use exactly?

about 3/4 of a 17oz can of SUPERCOOL EVAPORATOR CLEANER and ODORIZER ..

it only blows the chemical when heater is engaged.. .not when A/C is on or heat is off.. which part would you guess the chemical is coming from ?
