My question is what might be causing these codes?

SAS pump for the first two. The pump is likely shot, there are a few how-to's to bypass it.

Second is a large EVAP leak. Could be a few things but likely the J-hose on top of the fuel tank.

For the EVAP, try cleaning the EVAP purge valve with some carb cleaner. It is near the radiator, drivers side.

Do you have a picture of this j-hose? Easy to spot?

Up under the right rear, near the gas tank
Shaped like a "J" :o . Just replace it, don't forget to buy new clamps
After that (if that doesn't work) start with the purge valve near the front of the car. The hoses there too crack at the connection, many times you can cut an inch off and re connect them
Mod note. Jim passed away in early 2022, his contributions to this forum are immortal, and he is missed. RIP

no.
It's about 6" long and as said, shaped exactly like a "J"

I forgot to put evap purge. Had knee surgery so I can't get underneath, well I could but it'd be a viral video getting up.
