1993 850 GLT 5spd won't start

1993 850 GLT 5spd won't start. Engine still turns, so we suspect no fuel delivery. We tried another fuel pump, still won't start. We tried to read code from the box, no reading from the A2 socket. Is it electrical problem? Please share your wisdom. Thank you.

try venting the fuel rail to check pressure? there's a schrader valve on the left (port) side that you can depress to vent the rail to atmosphere. if you prime the system and gasoline comes shooting out, you have pressure at the rail. have a cup or rag ready to catch fuel.
