How is this done? I was at the wrecking yard the other day and took the two bolts off the pass side and two bolts that I thought held he driver side in but could not remove it. I could move the bar on the pass side forward and back but could not get the driver side to move. Are there more bolts? Does the rear have to be sitting on the suspension?
Thanks
Tom

You definitely have to lift the muffler a little bit, yes. Rear suspension must be hanging. I've never had to undo any other bolts.

Alignment!!!! I didn't realize I would need an alignment. I guess yanking one from a wrecked car won't be the problem ...... I was going to bring a come a long to help get it out. Are there other designs? I guess if the factory and iPd have the same design it's probably good. Anyone make a bracket to mount on the drivers side..... Then cut off the portion of the bar that gets sqeezed and weld it on to the bracket.
I pulled a rear bar at the wrecking yard. Came out easy with a come a long. When I went to install it I couldn't install it for two reasons. There seams to be a piece of metal inside the arm that is in the way, I believe the bar could go around the piece of metal but the brake line bracket won't allow the bar to pivot enough to clear the piece of metal. Is this normal?
Thanks
