Disconnected battery, ground first. Cleaned battery terminals and cable clamps. Disconnected battery cable at CEM and cleaned terminals. Before this check earth and voltage supplies to all modules. Is the alternator producing too much AC voltage? ( yes I DO MEAN AC not DC) Measure this voltage with engine running.
