98 V70XC Keeps pulling to right

The LEFT REAR Toe = 0.09 degrees positive. This will push the car to the right.
The LR toe can be adjusted, the problem is: many shops are not familiar with the procedure.

I corrected this on my accord with an adjustable ball joint, not sure if you can on these Volvos
