99 C70 multiple problems: hood release, speedo, dash lights

#1 both my hood release cables snapped how can I get hood up?

#2 my speedometer works part time and when it doesn't digital cluster also goes blank.

#3 almost all dash check lights are on

#4 idle bounces and when on gas hard turbo kicks in and out causing heavy jerking.

#1: search forum for turn signal removal and play some tricks with the hood latches.

#2: wheel speed sensor

#3: probably bad alternator creating "Christmas tree" effect. Check your ground cables!

#4: Search forum for ETM issues.

2 & 3 could also be caused by a dodgy ABS module.

The service lights that are on is brake, traction, coolant, abs, and service... alternator and battery are good just replace and lights were on before and still on now

Years ago on here I found someone who fixed the bad icm's and ecm at a real good price. Is that guy still around? It was like 80$
