2006 V70 Roof Rack switch from 1999 XC70

Hello,

I just bought a 2006 V70. The dealer told me that I can take my roof rack rails that I have on my 1999 XC70 (originals) and put it on my 2006 V70 by just buying some adaptors. I can't find those adaptors. Can someone give me a hand ?
