It sounds like you have a vacuum system leak or one of your turbo pipes has come loose letting in unmetered air. With all the piping that has to come off for PCV service it would not be unheard of that some connection has come loose.
i thought that to but i took everything back apart today back to where i was at when i first did the replacement and double checked everything didn't see any thing loose would a bad coil do this and if so is there a way to test the coils as i don't have the software needed to do a diag test and i have no on dash warning lights

When you washed engine the ETM may have been affected by water. Turn on ignition and listen for the clicking and resetting noise within 6 seconds. If you don't hear it there's your problem.

When i turn the key to run I can hear a starting up hum sound coming from the area of the etm app is that ruled out? I also heard that party is under recall I had it flash under recall last year should i try and have it replaced under recall/warranty?

The North American warranty was for 200, 000 miles or 10 years, whichever first. Your warranty is over.
