I will try disconnecting it and drive around and see what happens. I took it out earlier and stalled once again while on a turn, always fun.haha
The iac wasn't sticking at all when i cleaned it and turned really smooth after i did.

If driving without the MAF does not cure the stalling, then begin the search for a vacuum leak. Rather than just one large leak it can also be a the cumulative effect of several small ones. Start by checking the little almost-hidden rubber elbow connection on the left end of the manifold, and on the other end, the connections to the flame trap. These tend to fail early due to oil contamination. These cars are getting to the age were replacement of vacuum lines becomes a maintenance issue as well as failing MAF sensor. IMHO is acronym for "in my humble opinion". Also, just consider that cleaning the IAC was a good maintenance move even if that was not the problem.

Alright,
so i took a look at the elbow piece, and it has a small hole in the elbow piece on the left side of the manifold! go figure, and after looking at the maintenance records in the last 100,000 at least there had been no listed replacement of the pcv system, probably never.Probably time. Going to do the rubber glove test to see if it fills up. Should i do the pcv ststem before doing the Maf?

ok So pulled the dip stick, smoke coming out,
pulled the cap off while the car was not running,put the glove on and sure enough the glove fluttered up, it didn't inflate, but i think that is because the glove was too big, and no rubber band. guess thats a wrap! haha. Will start with the pcv and work from there

camjohns, I'm not sure that just that elbow leaking is enough to stall the engine. Might be another leak working in conjunction. A crack in the big flex hose between the air-box/MAF and the throttle body will definitely shut an engine down.
That elbow on the left of the manifold is a pita to get to and reconnect to the line below. If you are going to do the PCV you can address this then. You can try running a new line over the top of the manifold temporarily to see if it cures the stalling. On both our cars, I ended up replacing that rubber elbow with a more durable connection made up of short chunks of fuel line and a hard plastic elbow which has withstood the oil film which this line is subject to. Incidentally, to make sure it is clear, I always blow this line out with compressed air when cleaning the TB and listen for air going into the manifold since this is part of the PCV system.
A clogged PCV system is not what is causing the car to stall out, but after resolving this vacuum leak, if the problem persists, it's still worth unplugging the MAF as abscate suggested--it will set a code but worth knowing if that's the issue before throwing $$$ at it.
BTW, I'm doing the PCV on my wagon right now and it's a bunch of work, but will save you about $400 labor and likely prevent blowing out a seal which is even more trouble. Don't despair, the more you work on these cars the more you love 'em--sick I know--but we can't help it.

I had a similar issue with the '95 80 t5r I used to have and it turned-out to be a leaking intake manifold gasket.
I pulled the intake off, replaced the PCV system, replaced the throttle body to manifold gasket, replaced the intake manifold gasket, replaced the vacuum line elbows and several cracked vacuum caps, along with the rubber hose between the IAC unit and the intake manifold.
The car ran like new again after this service, and had a lot more power/less turbo lag.
I pulled the intake off, replaced the PCV system, replaced the throttle body to manifold gasket, replaced the intake manifold gasket, replaced the vacuum line elbows and several cracked vacuum caps, along with the rubber hose between the IAC unit and the intake manifold.
The car ran like new again after this service, and had a lot more power/less turbo lag.

So finally ordered new pcv system from fcp euro, and awaiting for it to come! Im wondering if anybody knows the torque values for re-installing the intake manifold to the motor? every video i have watched has not listed what it is.
