2009 C70 Steering Wheel Controls

Steering wheel controls issue :
Recent replacement of the Climate control damper caused all of the dash to be removed. Upon re-assembly, VIDA threw a number of codes for the Steering Wheel Module (SRM ) and airbag codes. At present, No Horn, Audio / Phone controls , Or Cruise and Stage 1/ 2 airbag. Wipers and Light controls work just fine

The column was removed as a whole, steering wheel inclusive for the earlier repair...
I am trying to figure if my clock spring went bad. Is there a way to check the inputs and outputs with an ohm/ dvm meter

Are these things that delicate? any clues
