1994 850 turbo gas pedalsticking?

1994 850 turbo gas pedalsticking?

My 1994 850 turbo wagon automatic sounds like the gas pedal is sticking . When I start it up it in the morning it rev's to 2500 rpm for at least 5 seconds and when you give it gas it take about 4 seconds to come back to idle. I have a few ideas throttle body, waste gate has been tossed out there as well. I am sure soemone else has had this problem. Please help

This revving is absolutely normal especially when it's cold in the morning.
