I've posted in these forums in the past, and the help has been awesome. My last problem, unfortunately I did not update. But here is where I am at with the car right now, and I will list the things I would like to do to the car. Hopefully someone can direct me to which problems I should work on first.
I bought the car at approximately 176k and the owner beat on the car and didn't maintain it
Here is the work that I've done and the approximate miles that I did it at:
New tires all around 177k
ETM Cleaning - 190k
MAF Sensor - 190k
Air Filter - 190k
Front Right Wheel Bearing - 190K
Front Right Lower Ball Joint - 191k
Front Right CV Joint - 191k
Last Oil Change w/ 1 Quart of Lucas Oil - 191k (Current Milage 193k)
Work I would like to do:
Replace PCV System (many small oil leaks as well as oil residue in the intake pipe)
New Spark Plugs
New Serp Belt
New Brakes all around (Partly for my own peace of mind and there is some slight squeaking)
Fuel Filter
Fuel System Cleaning
New Tires (Worn out from poor alignment, as well as previous front end problems)
Alignment
Cabin Air Filter
There is also some cosmetic work I would like to do
I am still learning about the PCV system, but am unsure of the effects of a faulty PCV system. I think I might have the work I want to do in a good order alright, but any advice would be great

Fuel filter is probably a 10 minute job and $20-30 part if that. Spark plugs aren't that expensive. Can be cheap, but I went with Volvo OEM. Simple job, but should be done with a torque wrench that not everyone has. I did my cabin air filter, took 20 minutes, but I'm not quite sure I did it correctly. My 2000 T6 had 2 slots. It said put it in 1, it didn't fit so I put it into the other. Hasn't blown up in 3 years so I guess I'm ok.
Tires and alignment should be done together. Brakes could probably be done at the same time to save time, but you might get inferior products.
Fuel system cleaning, do you mean an additive or actually cleaning out the components?
PCV has a few write ups here, I might just pay someone else to do mine.

The fuel system cleaning is offered at my work and is done using an additive.
I just started working at a tire place, so the Tires alignment and brakes will most likely get done at the same time.

I may have to replace the front left ball joint soon, but as of right now thats not a priority. Control arms are in good shape. I had the privilege of using a snap-on car diagnostics tool today:
http://www1.snapon.com/diagnostics/us/SOLUSUltra
and found the following massive list of codes on top of what I listed above. This is turning into quite the project
CEM Codes:
6A03 - Door Lock left rear signal low
6A01 - Door unlock left rear signal high
6A04 - Door locked right rear signal low
1A53 - Communication with PDM Control module missing
8F2E - Windshield wiper signal low
1A55 - Communication with CCM control module missing
1A5B - Communication with SWM control module missing
1A5C - Communication with UEM control module missing
1A59 - Communication with AUM control module missing
E001 - Control module communication faulty
Climate Codes:
0003 - Fan motor passenger temperature sensor faulty
0004 - Compressor faulty signal
0005 - EVAP temperature sensor signal high
0008 - Sun sensor signal high
There are also a few engine codes, and a few SRS codes, however at the moment I cannot find my notes, SRS codes are mostly faulty seat belt buckle sensors. Engine codes are EVAP related, as well as a couple cam shaft codes.

You have quite a list of squaks. I would start by cleaning all the battery cable ends in the trunk and the engine bay. I use 320 sandpaper and a product called ACF 50. I would then delete all the codes that are showing. When I got my S80 several years ago it also had a long list of codes. By starting out with corrosion free power supply cables I had only 4 codes come back. I then addressed them one at a time.
From what I have read and experienced these cars really like clean power connections. Dirty cable connections can really muddy up the works. This is how I would start.

How many of those codes are inactive?
I've scanned a handful of s80's and they always seem to have a boatload of old codes stored.
