97 850 NA exhaust whistle when accelerating

Hey guys
Just installed a new exhaust manifold and muffler. I also did the SAS delete and plugged the bung with an old oil pan plug I had (is hollow so keep that in mind) no leaks or anything in the system so I'm happy about that!
When I step on the gas now and open the throttle any more than maintaining current speed I hear a whistle that sounds like air running over the top of a soda bottle. Seems to be coming from the exhaust area. I'm going to see if sealing that hollow drain plug will do anything and I'm also going to check all my vac lines and such. If anyone has any other ideas as to what it could be I'd be happy to hear them!
Will report back but putting this thread out just in case.

I would fill the drain plug with jb weld and go from there. That's most likely the issue.

Filled the plug and it's still making the sound. I also covered the hole that goes to the SAS in the air box with no luck. It only whistles when the engine is under a load. If I put it in neutral or park and stomp the pedal it doesn't do it. Only when accelerating. Time to start rummaging! Any ideas would be appreciated!
