2003 S40 1.9T what to do next

Hello all
Ok, received some good help from here allready.
I will be replacing the FuelPressureReg very soon. Hope that fixes the starting problem. Is there an aftermarket FPR that can be fitted. Would it be worth the effort?
My real question. This 2003 S40 1.9T has a 160K, Automatic, new timing belt and well cared for.
I just purchased for a great deal because it wouldn't start.
Once I get it running well, what should I check/replace/tune so that it is a great vehicle for my Daughter????
Lists starts with IAC cleaning, throttle body cleaning, what about cam pos sensor???, turbo control valve??? Transmission fluid??? bearings???
Would an air cleaner upgrade help, Exhaust upgrade??
