1996 850 turbo rough idle and stutter

UPDATE : replaced the fuel pump, some improvement. Decided to doubt my work so I pulled the Intake and replaced the gasket, and the TB gasket, no change. I put in a new Fuel Pressure regulator and now it starts fine, idles well for about 20 seconds then dies. Once it warms up a bit it only runs for 2-3 seconds

If I pull the temp sensor leads off, it goes back to the 20 second idle. Any thoughts? Not much left to change on this car!

New update. Changed the injectors today and it started and ran much better, but the idle was high. Noticed that the intake had become disconnected from the airbox ! So it runs well with no air going past the MAF. Took out the new MAF, put the old one back in and it now idles !! The revs drip down and it recovers, but it idles. I think I may have received the wrong part. Ordering another MAF.... But man, we are close ...
