Problems:
-Dead Battery
-Possible fuel problem
-Hose flattens
Story:
Yesterday I parked my car overnight at a friends house, went to start it and battery was dead. No biggie jumped it and it started up sluggishly (its like 0 degrees here). Let it run 20mins then drove home 15 minutes.
This morning I went outside to start my car to warm it up before I drove to college. Battery was dead, when I turned the key the digital clock would fade out to nothing. So I grab my battery charger and put it on for a minute or two. Started to turn over but wasn't wanting to start. Put some starter fluid in the intake and it wanted to start really bad so i hit the gas and it turned over. I kept on the pedal for about 20 seconds (since it was cold out) and as soon as i let off it died.
Turn it over again and had to put the pedal down to get it to start. Kept the pedal down for 3 minutes, when I let off it died instantly. Also I noticed the hose coming from the radiator and going to the intake manifold flattens when I start the car.
So something is making the battery drain/not charge. I replace the regulator in the alternator this summer and my previous battery problems went away (replaced battery initially so it was new).
Filled car with 3/4 of a tank of new gas yesterday so the tank hasn't had a chance to sit with gas in it while its cold.
Drained radiator and put new anti-freeze in it and let it circulate through the engine (had to keep foot on pedal to let engine warm up). I kept it running for 10minutes until car was warmed up and blowing warm air. Took foot off pedal and it died instantly
Any ideas?
I'm thinking fuel pump or fuel pump relay
I see that cold weather have caused this in these posts:

Thing is these posts say the car won't run period, mine runs but dies when I take my foot off the pedal

This is a real stumper- especially since it seems that your engine dying problems began with a low battery. Check all of your grounds from both terminals of the battery.

It will go flat if clogged...ie: frozen will do that too.

I've seen a few times where that hose just gets so soft from the oil accumulating inside it that it will collapse in the absence of a restriction, but at least we're on the right track here. Sounds like your battery is ready to be replaced too...time for a load test and alternator check.
