1998 S70 T5 -- springs

I'm doing a suspension overhaul -- new struts, arms and everything else but need to ask --
can the springs themselves be a problem? (133K on car) or very unlikely they ever need to be replaced.

Unless you are looking to alter the ride height or change the handling characteristics the stock springs should be fine. They don't really wear out.
