1995 850 near stall when coming to a sudden stop
All, Now that it's getting colder. an old problem has returned. When the engine is still not up to operating temperature, an I make a sudden stop, the engine will stumble and nearly stall. This isn't an issue when the engine is up to operating temp!

Try with cleaning IAC(idle air control)valve first.
If that doesn't help, you might have a vacuum leak somewhere.Check the little elbow at the left side of intake manifold,in the alernator & power steering pump area and also the vacuum line at flame trap housing.
If the car is not turbo, check the flame trap.It might be clogged.
