Wagon wabbles
Wagon wabbles
A clunking noise in the rear (also in the front that was supposed to have been ti rod end, according to a well known tire and suspension chain, was not resolved by replacing) Back to the Rear End. It wabbles terribly at low speeds and in general handles like a tub full of water. I don't think its just a brocken tire either. Could it be shocks?

I had a clunking sound and understeer handeling problems that were the results of a broken rear crosslink sway bar. I hit a pot hole and heard a loud pop. After that a bump or tight right turn I would hear a clunk under the car. Had it on the rack looking for the cause multiple times over a 9 month period. Finally one day I leaned against the crosslink bar and it poped forward about 1/4 inch. Part was a dealer item, none in the US, estimated price $190 and $45 shipping from Sweeden. I picked up one from a junk yard for $75.
