2000 s70t5 master cylinder

Post by clifford06 »

Greetings. Has anyone purchased the rubber bushing for brake fluid tank by itself ? I have been working on my soft brakes the last few days, and noticed my fluid tank rocks too freely. The tanks on my other cars do not. This leads me to think I may be getting air in system between the tank and master cylinder. I have a new master cylinder , but if rubber on old tank is bad, it will be the same old song. I replaced front hoses, and bled the system. Fronts were cracked and dry. Pedal Still soft. Rear hoses
are coming this week.
Also. When I changed the left hose it dripped fluid slowly. But when I changed the pass. side , it was a constant flow. I needed a drip pan . Any thoughts respected!
