2001 V70XC - Rear Cam Seal making me nervous

Several reading points to rear cam seal leaking.
So I found it, and it is.
Here are two photos.
When I place the 10mm socket to and turn counterclockwise, the cam moved a little - some 30º.
Should I panic? Is there a need for counterhold, if so what tool?

No panic. VIDA does not say much about rear camshaft seal replacement. It also does not mention any counterlock. M10's torque is 50 Nm. You may want to hold this adapter in place with hand in a grippy glove while ratcheting the bolt out.

I will wrap up with rear cam seal, two o2 sensors, and new coolant hoses.
Torque value is a good clue.
