Trying to locate RMS area on 850...

I have scoured Google images checked my Haynes manual and started to look for diagrams or anything.
But I can not see any pictures other than the Rear Main Seal exposed up close.

I am trying to visualize and also I am trying to pay attention due to paranoia from recent Intake Cam seal and possible Exhaust Cam Seal leaks...

I have read RMS can be mistook for the Cam seals but what about the other way around.

I was please hoping someone could identify what to look for when trying to visually inspect for RMS leak?

Maybe even the position on the ground if oil is making it that far?

I am currently monitoring a little oil around and what was directly on top of my Exhaust Cam Seal after a mechanic recently glued back my Intake Cam Seal.

Engine oil which weeps from the small rectangular hole at the union between the transmission and the engine. As this point is very low and gravity can carry oil from almost any leak to the same position it is almost impossible to distinguish from other leaks if they are present.

Best is to eliminate all other leaks then clean the engine and take small drives then re- inspect. If the oil appears only at the weep hole I mentioned it is likely an RMS leak. If there's a trail of oil or fluid leading to weep hole it's likely that there is a leak from a different source.

RMS has been removed from this engine which has also had the lower crankcase half removed. It would be at the base of this picture.

Well If I see a leak at the Cam sensor I think I can currently rule out RMS unless they are both present...

Anyway currently when I look down into the front compartment, I am imagining that RMS being between the engine and transmission directly below another few inches.

So I realize RMS leak can not be spotted from above...

You can't see it until the transmission is removed. It is the thin black seal surrounding the end of the crankshaft in this picture.

That was just after I replaced it which is why there is some residual oil in that picture. The oil dripped out when I removed the old one.
