1997 850 R Transmission wont downshift to 2,1 when in D

-Auto transmission with 80k miles.
-No codes for neither transmission or engine ecu
-No flashing arrow
-Drain and fill X 3 every 20k miles
-Fluid level ok
-Transmission reset performed by dealer

-Problem
When in D + eco mode car always takes off in 2 or 3 gear, no kickdown, does not downshift to 1st gear even at full stop. It kind of feels like the car/transmission is in limp mode.

When in D + sport mode car takes off from 1st or 2nd (i think), kickdown works but only drops one cog.

Wintermode works as it should, arrow up and start from 3rd.

Say I am coasting to a stop in D+Eco and it doesnt downshift, switch to sport at that moment, it downshifts immediately.

In L from start it never upshifts from 1st to 2nd when coming to speed. If lever being moved to L at speed it kicks in 2nd and downshifts to 1st when speed i low enough, but it wont upshift to 2nd again.

Anyone care to take a guess at what is going on?
