Airbag. Unless you have some pretty sophisticated scan tools, like a real VADIS set-up, my understanding is that it requires a trip to the dealer to reset.

On a 1995 you can read and clear the codes from the obd-i box behind the passenger side headlight. Use port B-5, see the link for instructions.

+1 on airbags. You can always check the owners manual. It lists all of the dash lights and their meanings there.

SRS = Supplemental Restraint System (supplemental to the seat belt)

I don't know if the seat belt pre-tensioners have a monitoring system however they are also included in the SRS umbrella. They have firing systems that tension the front seatbelts in an accident.
