2000 S70 T5 Stalled on freeway

That's a tough one to answer, I'm afraid. Maybe do a compression test when you get it back.

Heating and cooling is mother of all systems.
Replace the coolant hoses, and restore the system.
How is the reservoir tank itself?
Take it from there.

Loss of power... sounds like the car jumped time. Coolant on the passenger side??? Sounds like the water pump failed and caused the car to jump time.

Pull the cover and see what it looks like there. Do you have any idea what brand water pump was installed?

I thought the exact same thing, because that is what happened on my XC last year. But how are the odds that a fairly new water pump (20k) fails? .

That would depend on the pump brand, coolant type, and the tension set on the tensioner by the installer.

HEPU failed closed to 10K. Installed at Indy during TB job.

I seen a post of FB recently that had the pulley off of the shaft on a Hepu pump (yes the engine was toast). It appears that the pump had about 50,000 miles on it. Time to stay clear of Hepu pumps.

Greetings. The TB kit is a Gates TCK WP331 ordered from Amazon. Installed by a local Indy . Could not inspect today due to heavy rain soon to turn to sleet and ice.
