I have a 1990 240DL and the right back-up light just won't work. The bulbs were replaced with Sylvania 1156 (right and left side), the sockets cleaned and inspected for damage and even reversed. Everything we tried works on the left side but nothing seems to work on the right side. The Relay seems ok since the brake lights come on.
Can anyone please advise?
Also get intermittent gas fumes in the car...even if self pumped half way.
