Yeah I've tested all that. It has a small vac leak somewhere around the turbo but it doesn't seem to affect LT to that extent. I haven't checked the exhaust for leaks yet.
Ordered a Dice unit that should arrive any day now. Gonna hook it up and try and figure out what is going on. Feels like either exhaust leak or bad O2 sensor.

It wouldn't run lean if o2 sensor is bad.

Yep...engine management is programed in that way.
