My vvt hub are off center as well, that's how it came from factory. But that aside, if you did not touch the hub I'll try getting ,he engine in same condition as before seal change. I'd lock cams in back, then loosen the vvt center bolt. Rotate hub ccw such that when tight it will rotate by hand cw until sproket mark lines up to cover. So basically try rotating ccw 2 teeth tighten center and rotate cw to see if it maxxes at 12, if not repeat. After you get hub to rotate by hand to line up to cover secure center to spec. Note that vvt sproket will be to the left of cover mark. Unlock cams and rotate vvt cam to have sproket mark line up. Now back vvt cam slot wiil be at an angle with right end of slot up. Now install belt, rotate by hand a few cycles, etc. There's a very good u-tube on this.

Ok so I tried both instructions , The bolts are in the center of the sprocket.
And the hub is at the limit to the left and the mark is a half a tooth on the left...
Intake is fine... going to rotate it a few times and see what happens...
be patient old crippled guy here.....

Can you post pics of front and rear marks, for rear if intake is horizontal just post exhaust and get camera or phone in front of it?

Best I can tell it looks like exhaust has a slight angle which is good. The front is pretty close too. Can you just take belt off and rotate exhaust cw one tooth to see if they line up? One note on the vvt hub: if you loosened the 3 screws and changed position of hub need to make sure when back cams are locked the exhaust sproket is to the left of cover mark and it can only turn by hand cw until lines up to cover notch. It should not go past cover notch.
