00 S70 GLT/SE Slow acceleration off the line

First, I'd like to say that I know these cars (especially the LPTs) are NOT race cars, but the low end acceleration on my car is crazy slow as measured by the Torque app. My old car, same year, model, engine, would get to 60 mph consistently around 8 seconds. Not blazingly fast, by any means, but this car can't get under 10 sec. It feels as if the boost drops off aroung the 4k rpm mark under wot. I have checked for damage to all of the vacuum hoses with none found. I checked the resistance of the boost control solenoid/TCV and it read 25.3 ohms, which might be a little high? but could that be the issue? The car runs just fine otherwise. Like I said, not looking to take down Corvettes for pink slips or anything, but 10 seconds seems VERY slow, especially when compared to my old 70. thanks in advance.

Have you checked the compressor bypass valve? You should be able to draw a vacuum on it and the vacuum should hold. The cars are getting to the age where the CBV diaphragms are splitting and leaking air at a pretty regular rate.
