Can you elaborate a bit more? I'm a bit confused by the title and then the description of the symptoms. Do the locks not work or does the door not open? If it doesn't open does it not work from the inside or the outside or both?

Like Lee says, can you give us a little more info? Sounds from the title that the passenger front door won't open, but the info you give would hint at the latch button won't go down. Does the door open or not? If it opens and the latch won't stay down to lock it, the electric opener/latch needs to be replaced as it has failed. A fiddly job, but take your time and it is not too difficult. Take pictures when taking it apart to help with re-assembly, particularly of the internal connections in the door.

Im sorry, the door opens fine it just wont lock when i depress the lock button

It the latch mechanism for that door that has failed. There is a plastic part that breaks, but sometimes it is just the motor that has an issue. Check Robert's video on you tube on how to repair the motor.

I fixed the door acuator,i see the pull lock go up n down,the door now locks but I can't open from outside only from the inside but it stays locked even if I open and close door from inside of car,could it be the outside hadle or some clip u all mentioned could have broke..
