2005 xc70 drivers low beam inop

I finally got around to tracing out why my headlight is dim/ position light half bright, one headlight on with approach lights etc.
I found a short wire added, badly, from the position light + to the + of the low beam H11 in the drivers side lamp housing. Removed this and corrected wiring in the headlamp assembly back to normal stock. Now I have no power coming to the drivers low beam, hence the reason someone hacked up the wiring and added the jumper.
Traced back as far as I can, 20a fuses in the underhood fuse box are good, I have to assume the 40 A fuse is good, as it feeds the 20a. Pass side working fine, but no power to the Blue White wire at the headlamp plug. I can't see any other junction points, it is shown coming from B7 on the CEM.

I looked, but can't seem to find any info...Is there a replaceable relay, or is the relay integral in the CEM and that's that?

This might be something, corrosion issues in the main connector.
