2003 S40 AC blows hot during idle but cools of while driving

Hey Everyone,

Would love some insight. I have a 2003 S40. The AC works great driving down the freeway. As soon as I come of the freeway and stop it will start blowing hot air. Once I pick speed back up on the freeway the air gets cold again. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Already tried fill the system and everything is good there.

check your cooling fan and the speeds its running, best way to test it is to hook up vida dice, basically your system is not cooling enough while parked
