98 v70r turbo making drowning noise

My 98 v70r has a few things going on. when flooring it it misfire codes come up, code 0455 comes up regularly, and the turbo makes like a drowning noise . instead of the clean release sound it eckos . can anyone help me out?

When was the last stage zero tuneup...replacement if all wear parts on engine?

Code 0455 family is evaporative emission control leaks...probably a split hose or broken canister. If you are leaking air into the induction, letting those 300 horses all free at once is going to cause trouble
