850 head light fitting question

850 head light fitting question

Hi all.

Since I drive a lot of long distances at night, I am looking for a xenon set for the volvo.
I thought it would be h4, but I found an h1 lamp in the headlight.
since I always drive old cars, I know very little about H1.
For the h4 you have bi-xenon kits.
For h1 I can not find those.
Is H1 high and low beam in one or something like that?

And also. Is the volvo fitting H1 9006 or 9004?
