VIDA DICE, which one to buy?

Anyone know what the scoop is on the "Volvo Dice Pro+"? I have seen it listed as the newest OEM tool, but looks like it won't do software updates. Is this someones attempt to create a reader variant or does Volvo have something like this now?

Volvo Dice Pro+ is Chinese design dice - should be avoided. It is not clone of original dice. Pro+ is more like emulator of dice clone. Of course cheaper materials is used to build this clone. Also no external power supply. Case is aluminum without isolation bad for electronics.
Better to look for clone of original device where parts and materials are the same as volvo designed.

i'm new to this forum and a professional mechanic at a shop that has recently seen a huge influx of volvos of all kinds we have a snap on verus that talks to volvos "ok" but i'm looking for more to give our volvo customers the best possible service i have seen the vida-dice clones on ebay and amazon since i got elected the "volvo expert" i want the best for my customers right now i own a 2002 s80 (great car) and a 2001 v70xc (project,blown motor) and looking to help volvo owners around here with great service and as up to date info as i can supply any ideas on the software i should look at would be greatly appreciated

my s80 has decided that the a/c will work when it wants to :angry when i read the ccm it says the interior temp is -40 anyone out there running into this?

i got a vida dice unit but when i try to load it it keeps saying sql express 2008 r2 error i went to windows and updated it but still won't install

These instructions only works with low quality dice clones. Good quality clones does not require separate/custom drives. Original drivers should be integrated in VIDA and installed automatically.

Has anyone bought from this seller ecuspec.
Roughly $100 for the DICE.
Circuit Board is GREEN.

Also in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
