Radio won't power on

I recently had the battery replaced in my 97 V90 wagon after it went completely dead. Now the radio doesn't power up at all ( so that I can't enter the anti-theft code etc.) I've checked the fuse and swapped it with others that work but no dice. Is there some other hidden fuse that I need to check? Also not clear from the manual how to get to the back of the radio. This is an integrated CD, tape setup.
