2001 V70 2.4L Non Turbo Engine removal Help

Hi guys, as stated I am in need of some help. I have used this forum for years and finally joined now that I need bigger help.
I have a 2001 V70 2.4L non turbo. I will be pulling the engine and doing the timing belt etc as well.
Does anyone have any advice on the best way to go about the pull, top or bottom with transmission and suspension?

Also any write ups, TIS , manufacturer procedure stuff or videos on pulling a V70 2.4L ?

Also a write up on a timing belt replacement would be great too, many thanks.

And yes I have access to a hoist and tools required

comes out the bottom with the trans and subframe took me a weekend on my s80
