1999 S70 Oil leak from bolt in timing belt housing

Does anyone know what the highlighted bolt in the photo is . I have oil leaking from it and am not sure how I should approach fixing the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

No idea, sorry. But you also appear to have oil leaking from the left (As viewed) cam-shaft seal. Looks like a small trail of oil under it.

I doubt that bolt is leaking. You can pull it and see if any oil comes out. If it has a gasket, replace it.

Thanks guys, I should have explained the engine in the picture is not mine, only used to show position of bolt. Cleaned around the offending bolt and started the engine. Could see the oil seeping out from around this bolt. It's slightly hidden behind the rear timing cover plate, but I will try to pull it and see what needs to be replaced as suggested by rspi.

That is the piston oil cooler jet control valve. It has a copper seal washer to seal it.

Just an update on the problem. Bolt in question was loose. Tightened and no more leak. Had to cut away a small portion of the rear plastic backing plate to gain access, but not too big an issue. If you have a leak running down beside the turbo oil feeder banjo bolt on the engine block, then keep this in mind. Thanks Guys. P.S. Thanks Jimmy for your post.
