I want to repair/re-wrap the wires since I pulled off what was left of their insulation...
You can see in the picture that their is some kind of a wiring harness from my fuse box in the way...
Excuse me I do not know what that is called.
There is only 3/4 inch at most between the edge of the cap and this rectangular harness.
Before I destroy something trying to pry this off should I try to get that out of the way?
I have already torn up the edge of this cap before realizing there just isn't enough room to pull it off?
You can see a black nut in the picture holding this fuse box wiring assembly in place...
The last thing I want to do is wreck a significant hub of wiring in this Vehicle.
Can't get the ABS Pump Cap OFF...

Here's a really good picture you can see the chiseled edge of the cap where I tried to pry it.
The cap is up a little over a half inch.
The top edge of the cap is completely stuck against that black thing that's coming out of my Fuse box!...
If I am being a complete, or even partial idiot, please go ahead and tell me....
Thank you very much for your time...

The easiest way is to coat these wires with glue (using a brush or spray glue). You do not have to disassemble anything.
If my English is bad, please correct me

+1 on coat in place. Liquid electrical tape if you have access, or anything that cures solid and flexible. That's how the leads on my POS70 look. Haven't even seen the V70s I the light of day yet. Keep at it, you're coming along!!

BTW the big harness in the plastic shroud is exactly that - a harness.
