Need help ABS light can not get inspection...

I am about to buy a real floor jack to test these things tomorrow since all I have is a flimsy flat tire change one that came with the car...

If I can crawl down and do something else today that would be great -- I didn't realize...

Update: I checked my Pump Motor resistance, and at the 200 Ohm setting -- the lowest my meter will go -- I am getting a 08.6 reading which is confusing me because I think that is higher than the recommendation for a healthy Pump...

I'm dealing with abs-443 also so I am trying to rule out the Pump Motor...
