I just want to make sure I got this straight. I have a few codes, and I want to get other opinions as to what they are about before I go wasting money...
P0445- Evaporative emission control system purge control valve circuit shorted
P0414- Secondary air injection system switching valve "A" circuit shorted
P0130- O2 sensor circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135- O2 sensor heater circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0141- O2 sensor heater circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0136- O2 sensor circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
And yes, the first code is 445, NOT 455.
After looking around, I think it may have something to do with the broken wires (which were split from the accident) running from my ECU, since they are all about shorted circuits. Otherwise, it seems that I have to do that workaround I saw about the SAS and look for bad hoses in my EVAP system, or replace the purge valve if that's bad.
As for the O2 sensors, I think that also has to do with the ECU as well. If not, I'll get new O2 sensors.
Now, if all of those codes are related to the cut wires (which were repaired) in my ECU, can I replace the whole loom? Or is there a different way I should go about fixing it?

- EVAP code is either a broken hose (under the car, near the fuel pump), or bad Bosch solenoid (located near the left front headlamp assembly area). Not a big deal now, but fix it when you have time.
- SAS: the fix is the 90-cent diode mod.

So, it's probably not the ECU wires?

You did clear the codes, and make sure they all come back?
No, I actually think your original post makes pretty good sense. That is an odd combination of O2 codes especially. For the p0445 I would look at the usual suspects (also check the gas cap), but the others are pretty strange.
p0414 is not a common SAS code, I'm not sure the diode fix will get rid of it but i is worth trying. This one may trace to the split wires. And maybe there is a way to play around with the O2 sensor connectors and see if it changes those codes.
I am pretty sure the only way to "replace the loom" is to replace the entire engine wiring harness, which is a pretty big task.

I'll clear the codes tomorrow and see what comes back. I should check the gas cap, because since I bought the car I haven't looked. Came with 1/2 tank of gas, there was no reason to!erikv11 wrote:You did clear the codes, and make sure they all come back?

Anyway, I'll do that and hopefully some will disappear. I'll also check out the O2 sensors. I'm hoping the nasty smelling exhaust is due to the old gas and lack of regular fuel system cleaning. Or maybe a clogged up PCV, though I doubt those would be linked.

Checked the gas cap a little bit ago, it was fine. I cleared the codes, and instantly P0445, P0414, and P0130 came back. I neglected to mention in my original post that all of the O2 sensor codes showed as "pending" while the other two were "current." When I plugged in the scanner this morning, ALL of the codes were "current." Now, P0130 is pending, and the other two are current.
This brings me to either a leak in an EVAP line or the purge valve for P0445, and the SAS bypass/workaround for P0414. Then check connections on the O2 sensor(s) (how many are there on this car?). Otherwise, they're getting replaced. I just want to refresh the car.

There are two O2 sensors, one front and one rear. Most easily seen from under the car.
