2006 s60 2.5t heat works good but goes from,hot to cold

2006 s60 2.5t heat works good but goes from,hot to cold

Could anyone tell me what I would need to replace if the heat works , but goes from hot to cold then hot to cold. I did check the coolant and it looks fine and the blower works fine. Any other ideas would be great and thanks.
