I need some help. I have a 2004 s60r with 156000. The car was having all the issues that a aw55-51sn has. I flush the fluid still no change. Changed the servo cover still no change. I removed valve body installed 3 new linear solenoids and installed a transgo shift kit. Sent to dealer had transmission software and trans adaptation. Tech recommended a new transmission.Left dealer car seam to be fixed, Drove about 75 miles and got shift flares back between 2-3 and 3-4 and harsh engagement into drive. I removed valve body again to double check my work It all seam to be correct. Installed all new gaskets and put valve body back in trans. Well i still have problems now i have very hard shift between 1-2 and 2-3 and hard down shifts. Long delay down shift into 1st. Seams very time I try some thing I have different problems. Does anyone have any suggestion on what I'm doing wrong or what I should do next.

Did you adjust the new solenoids? They have a screw that must be set at the same position as it was in the original solenoids. I have read of a few people who put new solenoids un-adjusted properly and still have poor shifting.
