Compression test was done on a hot engine. I took it out for a 30 min drive. Then checked numbers.
I am using Quaker State 10w-40 conventional oil on the engine. I will be switching to full synthetic as soon as I replace PCV system and get an idea where the tailpipe smoke is coming from

Synthetic oil is a MUST for turbo engine.Don't push your luck!

Stay with xx-40 weight,don't go with xx-30.

Do you guys think I should check out the PTC and see if its clogged or should I just wait till I get the PCV system. I ordered it from FCP should be here in the next few days

Wouldn't hurt but you will still need to check and clean the whole PCV. If you don't check the PTC now, for sure do it later.

Ok. Now when car starts NO smoke. I cleaned PCT very well.
When temps are warming up now I'm getting CONSTANT smoke out the tailpipe (grayish with a hint of blue) even at idle. When revved it intensified.
I'm leaning towards TURBO? 227k ECU verified mileage. OEM 15g turbo. Can turbo seals be the now CONSTANT smoking culprit?
