Hy, I found that the water is leaking into my car, in front on passanger side. A lot of water.
I take off a lot of stuff from that side looking for holes or something and found that is coming in from behind the red/white connector who is next to the blower fan.
That connector has some sponge fabric between him and the metal (body frame) and that sponge was wet, water coming in.
Q: how I can remove that connector to take a look behind him? Can simply disconnect and remove? It is related to SRS system?

Well the first step in finding out the leak, is to check the exterior, specifically the cowling and the pollen filter. I had the exact same problem once, where the whole passenger side front flooded, due to water coming in through the cowling and possibly seeping through other small crevices.
This occured as I left my car parked facing downhill for a few days, when it was raining mad...
I never got to pin point the exact cause, but the clean up took weeks, as I had no garage or space to work on cleaning it up and removal of the foam flooring panels, so it just took forever to dry up and clean.
It might be worth it to look at the sunroof drainage... because its generally not visible as a a rubber hose runs down the A piller and off to some place I have no idea where...

OK, I've kept my trap shut as long as I can.
I have obviously not seen your car but a huge leak on the passengers side floorboard screams heater core leak to me. Is it "oily" and does it smell like coolant? Do your windows fog up?
From your description of the origin of the leak, it could also be a plugged up condensate drain from the air conditioner. Did the leak start to happen after warm weather and A/C season?

no, the water is leaking when the car is parked and is raining outside. I removed all the stuff behind, checking for AC condenser, evaporator, and other because at first I believed to be the same.
not smely, not oily, it is rain water. I looked at it when start raining, and start coming.
But not, water is coming from outside, somewhere near the A pillar.
I just think: it is possible for water to go in, under the two rails from the roof? or near the windshield somewhere? was never changed but never know.
can I find somewhere on the net a procedure to disable/disarm the SRS/airbag?
I'm thinking very serious to make two, three holes into the passenger side to let the water drain. To clean up the front side it's a nightmare. The back side is quite easy, the fabric from under the carpet can be removed. The foam from front side cannot be remover easy; must take the seats out, be very careful due to SIPS.

Do you have a sunroof? But not, water is coming from outside, somewhere near the A pillar.
There are drain lines from the sunroof that run down the A pillars and if it somehow broke it would result in the leak that you describe.
